Audi RS4 Keys Locked in boot

Customer calls from Newquay today with his keys locked in the boot of his pride and joy an Audi RS4, only had one remote key for the vehicle, he had phoned Truro Audi who had advised him that they could get another key on production of the relevant documents but with a wait of 7 to 10 days.

The Audi dealer then suggested to the customer to give me a call, i attended site and soon had the vehicle open and retrieved the keys from the car boot without any damage to the vehicle to the delight of the customer.

The customer has now asked me to order in the correct Audi flip key remote for his car and cut and program it to avoid this situation arising again!!
